Michelle began her insurance career as a Customer Service Representative at Macomber, Farr, & Whitten in 1999. After taking time to start a family, she re-entered the insurance industry obtaining her P&C license in 2008. She worked for several years in both personal and commercial Lines. In 2017, she brought her experience and friendly customer service skills back to Macomber.

She participated in several local conventions and educational seminars to ensure that she has the most up-to-date industry knowledge to provide her clients the best coverage. Michelle prides herself in her ability to pair customers with the appropriate market available for their insurance needs. She participated in fundraising efforts for organizations such as The Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Over the years, she has been a supporter of educational and youth sports programs through Maranacook High school and the Skating Association of Maine. Michelle is a lifelong resident of Manchester. In her free time, she enjoys camping, fishing, and attending her son, Maxwell's Music events with her husband Phil.
